Hi, I’m Frank. Founder of Pima Video Marketing

I didn’t set out to build a typical marketing agency. I set out to tell stories.

For the past decade, I’ve worked as a filmmaker, producing campaigns for destinations, nonprofits, and brands across the country. Along the way, I learned something that had very little to do with cameras and everything to do with human psychology:

"The businesses that grow the fastest aren’t always the loudest. They’re the ones people trust."

That’s what led me to build Pima. I believe homeowners don’t hire contractors because of flashy commercials or clever slogans. They hire the company that feels familiar. The one that demonstrates real craftsmanship. The one they feel like they already know before anyone ever steps foot in their home.

Today, I work almost exclusively with home service companies, helping them build market dominance through connected media systems—combining digital presence audits, authority content capture, and targeted media buying across social, search, and TV.

My background is filmmaking, but my focus is much bigger than producing beautiful videos. A great film means nothing if it lands on a broken website or never reaches local homeowners. Every asset we build is designed to make your business the obvious choice in your market by educating first, earning credibility, and turning attention into real inquiries.

That philosophy is also what inspired On the Level, an educational media series connecting Southern Arizona homeowners with trusted local experts. It’s not about hard-selling a service—it’s about answering real questions, sharing practical advice, and helping people make better decisions about their homes.

The audience comes first. The trust follows. The business grows because of it.

At the end of the day, I still think with the clarity of a filmmaker:

  • I believe every company has an authentic story worth telling.

  • I believe every craft has true experts worth listening to.

  • I believe every homeowner deserves honest information before making one of the biggest investments in their lives.

If that sounds like the foundation your marketing should be built on, I’d love to talk.
