Hi, I’m Frank. Founder of Pima Video Marketing

I didn’t set out to build a typical marketing agency. I set out to tell stories.

For the past decade, I’ve worked as a filmmaker, producing campaigns for destinations, nonprofits, and brands across the country. Along the way, I learned something that had very little to do with cameras and everything to do with how people make decisions: people trust companies that understand what they’re actually going through.

Not just the problem they need fixed, but the frustration behind it, the uncertainty, the fear of making the wrong decision, and the deeper reason solving that problem matters in the first place. That kind of trust isn’t created in a single advertisement. It’s built over time through familiarity, consistency, usefulness, and enough evidence to believe a company is who they say they are.

“People trust companies that understand what they’re actually going through.”

That idea became the foundation for Pima Video Marketing.

Today, every business is competing for attention, but attention by itself isn’t enough. The real opportunity is connection, and few industries depend on human connection more than home services.

A homeowner isn’t simply buying a roof, replacing a window, or repairing an air conditioner. They’re protecting their home, their family, their money, and their peace of mind. At some point, they have to make a deeply personal decision:

“Who do I trust enough to let into my home?”

There’s something meaningful about being chosen for that. Being invited into someone’s home to repair, protect, or improve the place they live is a responsibility, and I believe the best home service companies deserve marketing that reflects that responsibility.

That means answering real questions before asking for the sale. It means showing the people behind the company, demonstrating craftsmanship instead of simply claiming it, sharing real customer experiences, and explaining the process clearly enough that a homeowner understands what to expect.

Most importantly, it means creating enough familiarity that trust begins forming long before anyone ever picks up the phone.

That’s the kind of marketing we build at Pima.

That philosophy also inspired On the Level, an educational media series connecting Southern Arizona homeowners with trusted local experts. It isn’t built around hard-selling a service. It’s built around answering real questions, sharing practical advice, and helping homeowners make better decisions about their homes.

“The audience comes first. The trust follows. The business grows because of it.”

And despite everything Pima has grown into, I still approach the work like a filmmaker. I believe every company has a story worth telling, every craft has experts worth listening to, and every homeowner deserves honest, useful information before making one of the biggest investments in their life.

If that sounds like the foundation your marketing should be built on, I’d love to talk.
